The ASEAN Centre for Energy has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Clean Energy and Power Trade Development in Southeast Asia Project of the Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition/MPA ASET (P181555) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Firm to develop APG Feasibility Study Phase-2 of Cambodia – Lao PDR Cross-border Interconnection.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Provision of the ASEAN Power Grid (APG) Feasibility Study Phase-2 of Cambodia – Lao PDR Cross-border Interconnection. The assignment is expected to run for over a period of eighteen (18) months commencing from tentatively 1 November 2026 and ending on 2 May 2028. Actual commencement date will be communicated with the consulting firm that is successfully selected from the procurement process.
The ASEAN Centre for Energy now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
Interested Consultants must submit detailed documentary evidence indicating credentials to perform the services including company profiles, core business description, description of similar assignments and experience in similar conditions, qualifications relevant to this field, brochure (if available) and other relevant information.
