ACE is inviting a consultant to manage and administer the ASEAN-BUILT Technical Assistance (TA) Programme implementation in Thailand under the ALCBT Programme. The assignment comprises the development of project pipeline criteria, the identification and screening of eligible commercial building projects, support for technical assistance delivery and quality review, and the facilitation of post-IGA project financing up to the project implementation.
The TA disbursements to the service providers (i.e. ESCOs) and/or building owners are managed separately by ACE and are not included in the consultant's lump sum fee. The consultant's role is to facilitate the technical assistance delivery.
