Overview

In support of the ASEAN–Australia Energy Cooperation Program (AAECP), ACE is seeking qualified ASEAN citizens to serve as the full-time Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Adviser. Embedded within the Program Management Unit (PMU), the MEL Adviser will provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure that the Program is guided by evidence, accountable for results, and able to adapt based on learning throughout implementation. The Adviser will lead the development and implementation of the Program’s MEL system, including the Program MEL Plan, results framework, indicators, data collection tools, reporting processes and learning activities. Through this role, the Adviser will contribute to strengthening ACE’s institutional capacity for results-based management, evidence-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the Program.
